At KAVYATVA, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted using traditional techniques and natural materials, celebrating India’s rich cultural artistry.
Due to the uniqueness of handcrafted goods and the nature of artisan work, our Return and Refund Policy is strictly as follows:

No Return and No Refund Policy

• We do not accept returns once a product is sold and dispatched.

• We do not offer refunds for any reason other than proven manufacturing defects.

Handmade products may naturally carry minor variations, marks, textures, or irregularities—these are not considered defects, but a reflection of genuine craftsmanship and the use of natural materials.

Why We Have a Strict No Return / No Refund Policy

1. Handcrafted Individuality:
   Each item is handmade by skilled artisans, not machine-manufactured.
   Slight differences in color, size, texture, or finish are expected and celebrated. They reflect the artisan’s individual touch and creativity.

2. Natural Sourcing:
   Many of our materials are sourced from natural elements like wood, clay, organic dyes, textiles, and fibers.
   Natural variations are a sign of authenticity and cannot be standardized like factory goods.

3. Impact on Artisans:
   When a product is returned or canceled, it directly affects the livelihoods of the artisans who have invested significant time, skill, and labor into creating it.
   We respect their dedication and strive to maintain fair trade practices.

4. Sustainability Commitment:
   Returns and reverse logistics contribute to wastage, carbon footprint, and resource loss.
   By minimizing returns, we support a more sustainable and responsible business model.

Exceptions – Manufacturing Defect

• If your product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (such as breakage or a major functional flaw), you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Email us at info@kavyatva.com with your Order ID, clear photographs and/or videos of the product and packaging.

• Upon review and verification, we may offer a replacement or a refund, solely at our discretion.

Important Notes

• Minor imperfections, color variations, texture differences, natural material characteristics, or slight size differences are NOT considered defects.

• Failure to report issues within 48 hours of delivery will render the complaint invalid.
